Maximum group size is 10 people - The city of Boston prohibits any groups of more than 10 people at an Airbnb so we are unable to hosting wedding ceremonies or other larger gatherings that would have more than 10 guests. Our minimum stay is generally 2 nights - If you are invested in staying only one night and see the calendar has a 2-night minimum on your desired date, please send us an inquiry and we may be able to accommodate you. No loud parties - We are on a quiet residential street and our neighbors are only 3 feet away and we will be alerted to any excessive noise. *If it is determined that a party was held at the home with more guests than where part of your reservation, you will be charged a $1,000 fee.* No pets - Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets. No smoking inside - Smoking is only permitted outside in the backyard. Please property dispose of butts in the outdoor trashcan under the spiral staircase. No venturing into the marsh or onto our neighbor's dock or yards - This is an oceanfront home and as enticing as it may be to explore the marsh, the mud is like quicksand and you will get stuck. If you'd like to walk along the sand or go swimming, the public beach is right at the end of the block.
